Please note that if you are running 10 minutes late for your appointment your service may have to be rescheduled, if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If there is no notification past the 10 minutes it will be treated as a missed appointment. Please remember to call as soon as you know that you will not make your scheduled appointment. I'll be happy to rebook or cancel for you! If you have a missed appointment or fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.
